Service Terms
Use of the WhatsApp GP Service
By using the Prevscan WhatsApp service, you agree to the following conditions:
🚨 Emergency situations
- In emergency situations always call 112 first
- This service is intended for non-urgent medical questions and guidance
🔒 Privacy and confidentiality
- Medical information is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties
- WhatsApp messages are securely archived for medical continuity
📱 Communication
- Contact exclusively via WhatsApp – telephone contact is not possible
- All communication is written for optimal documentation
📋 General
- The subscription has a term of 12 months
- Cancellation possible with observance of a notice period of 1 month
- Changes in service conditions are communicated in time
⏰ Availability
- Service available: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 hours
- Service available: Saturday 10:00 – 14:00 hours
- Response same day, after these times the next day. Sunday exclude
- Outside service hours, messages are handled the next working day
⌛ Usage limits
- Maximum 4 hours app contact per year included in the subscription
- 10 minutes short consultation: photo assessment and simple short question
- 15 min normal consultation: simple question with prescription
- 20 min: normal question with prescription
- 30 min: normal question with referral (additional examination incl. follow-up/referral to specialist)
- Exceeding the time is invoiced separately at current rates
